I offer a lifestyle approach to dog training, one committed to understanding the dog, and helping the dog understand their human. Many problem behaviors are simply feedback from the dog about their needs, current environment, and lifestyle. I am here to help you make changes to your dog's environment, add enrichment to their day, and teach them cues used to communicate with them when necessary. 

 I am a certified Family Dog Mediator after completing L.E.G.S.® Applied Ethology Family Dog Mediation® Professional Course. I go beyond training to help you develop a strong relationship with your dog that supports a lifestyle full of connection, teamwork and adventures.  I promote dog guardians to give dogs more choice than cues and use cues only to further connection and to keep dogs safe. The Woodland Wag is a way of life for our furry friends.
 
I bring years of experience using gentle dog training methods, and compassionate dog care. My  relationship with dogs is built on the foundation of mutual respect and adoration. I believe dogs should be given opportunities to be dogs and treated with the same love and kindness they show towards us. The Woodland Wag members are accustomed to adventure, exploring, and a life full of learning.
